1. Objet
Les présentes Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV) définissent les modalités régissant la vente de produits par la société ANGRY CAT FZ-LLC, une société à responsabilité limitée de zone franche (Free Zone Limited Liability Company) enregistrée sous le numéro de licence 45004095 auprès de la Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), et dont le siège social est situé à FDCW1358 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, Émirats Arabes Unis, opérant sous la marque commerciale CHÂLANT via le site internet www.chalantco.fr (ci-après « le Site ») à des consommateurs du monde entier.
En passant commande sur le Site, le Client accepte pleinement et sans réserve les présentes Conditions Générales.
2. Prix
Les prix des produits sont affichés dans la devise locale du visiteur, en fonction de sa géolocalisation (par exemple : USD, GBP, JPY). Pour les clients de l'Union Européenne (UE), les prix sont affichés toutes taxes comprises (TTC) et sont basés sur la valeur en euros (€). Pour les commandes internationales, les conversions en devises locales sont fournies à titre indicatif et peuvent varier en fonction du prestataire de paiement ou du taux de change en vigueur au moment de l'achat.
Les frais d'expédition sont indiqués lors du passage en caisse et peuvent varier selon la destination.
CHÂLANT se réserve le droit de modifier ses prix à tout moment. Les produits sont facturés sur la base du tarif en vigueur au moment de la validation de la commande.
3. Modalités de Paiement
Le paiement est exigible immédiatement à la commande. Les Clients peuvent payer par carte bancaire ou par tout autre moyen de paiement sécurisé proposé sur le Site. Les paiements sont traités via des plateformes sécurisées et certifiées PCI-DSS.
Les commandes sont considérées comme définitives uniquement après réception du paiement intégral.
4. Livraison
Les livraisons sont disponibles en France, dans toute l'Union Européenne et à l'international. Les délais de livraison estimés sont :
• France : 2 à 7 jours ouvrés
• Union Européenne : 3 à 14 business days
• International : les délais varient selon la destination
CHÂLANT ne pourra être tenu responsable des retards de livraison causés par les transporteurs ou par des événements de force majeure.
Le transfert des risques au Client s'effectue dès la remise du colis au transporteur.
5. Droit de Rétractation & Retours
• Pour les Clients résidant dans l'Union Européenne (UE) :

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the terms governing the sale of products by ANGRY CAT FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company registered under licence number 45004095 with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), and headquartered at FDCW1358 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, operating under the commercial brand name CHÂLANT via the website www.chalantco.fr (hereafter “the Site”) to consumers worldwide.
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Prices
Product prices are displayed in the local currency of the visitor, based on geolocation (e.g., USD, GBP, JPY). For EU customers, prices are inclusive of VAT and based on the euro (€) value. For international orders, local currency conversions are provided for convenience and may vary depending on the payment provider or exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout and may vary by destination.
CHÂLANT reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Customers may pay using credit card or any other secure payment method offered on the Site. Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS certified platforms.
Orders are considered final only after full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are available in France, across the European Union, and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
- France: 2 to 7 business days
- European Union: 3 to 14 business days
- International: delivery times vary depending on destination
CHÂLANT shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.
Risk transfers to the Customer upon handover of the parcel to the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (EU only)
For European Union (EU) Customers:
In accordance with EU law, Customers residing in the European Union have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any justification.
This right applies to all items, including sales and promotions. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• For Non-EU International Customers: Sale items, products purchased during special events (private sales, flash sales), or exclusive collaborations are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, customers must contact contact@chalantco.fr.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The return address will be provided by email.
6. Returns and Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, within 14 days maximum.
Returns that do not meet the required conditions (worn, washed, damaged, or missing packaging) may be refused.
7. Legal Guarantees (EU)
EU-based Customers benefit from:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)
In case of a defective or non-compliant item, CHÂLANT will replace, repair, or refund the product at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
CHÂLANT shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the purchase of products (including but not limited to loss of business, data, opportunity, etc.).
Our liability is in any case limited to the value of the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, logos, visuals, images, videos, trademarks, and design) is the exclusive property of CHÂLANT or its partners and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
10. Force Majeure
CHÂLANT shall not be liable for the non-performance or delay in performance of any of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.
11. Governing Law – Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
Failing this, the customer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR), or refer the matter to the competent French courts.

13. Territorial Scope – Non-EU Customers
These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers, including those outside the European Union, to the extent permitted by their local laws.
All orders placed on www.chalantco.fr are governed by French law, regardless of the customer's nationality or delivery country. However, mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country of residence will not be overridden.
CHÂLANT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if legal or logistical requirements prevent delivery to a given country.
